It’s a lot more cost effective to use a managed service provider to provide helpdesk support, than to buy ad-hoc support or employ an in-house IT department sat waiting for that support call/email to come.  We work for lots of different types of businesses and see many different setups, so we can advise you on what’s best for you, rather than tie you to a standard solution.

Our helpdesk packages are extremely popular with smaller companies, who don’t have large or complicated IT estates, or the resource or knowledge in house to support what IT infrastructure they do have.

Our packages are like an insurance policy for what is essentially your most businesses critical resource. Our packages will ensure that we deliver value across the board and that regardless of the package that you choose for your business, none of them will cost more than the price of an average large frothy coffee (per person, per day).


We are huge coffee fans and are quite partial to a Starbucks (for our sins) and the average cost of our favourite drink is £3.35. If you were to buy our drink once a day in an average month, you would spend over £100 a month – per person. You will find our IT Helpdesk packages a lot cheaper than that and a lot more satisfying

Why use

We have carefully crafted, super simple helpdesk packages just for you.  The best part is we don’t tie you into long contract terms like others often do. All our contracts are for a minimum of just six months, you select the support you think you need, and we provide you the support as and when you need it.

It’s inevitable that your helpdesk needs will change each month, and that is why our terms are short and our packages are competitively priced.

If you go over your allocated hours one month, there will be no additional charge (if it is less than 60 additional minutes). If it looks like you are going to regularly go over your allocation – we will let you know in advance so that you can make the decision to pay the additional support rate – or we can move you up to the next package to ensure you are always covered.

*Note, that none of our packages are designed to cover any costs relating to parts, travel or labour. Should an on-site visit be required, there will be additional costs included and will be priced based on the issue, the time it takes to travel to site and any parts. These packages are break/fix type support, for a more proactive approach, ask about our Managed Service Offering.

Frequently Asked Questions:

When you become a support customer you will receive a dedicated support email address to use, and our main number currently fields all calls regardless of enquiry.

If you have the remote support agent included in your plan – you can ask for help using the support agent. Time ticks down on your hours each month as soon as we have access to your machine.

There is no definitive timeframe for our onboarding process as it depends on the complexity of your IT infrastructure and the number of users you have. This is because every business is different, and we need to understand how you work to ensure we provide a service that suits you. Once you sign up we will discuss and give you a firm date.


Some packages come with remote monitoring included which is 24/7/365. If you do not have this as part of your service you can still get in touch in an emergency, but you will be charged for this on an ad-hoc basis.

Regardless of your package, email support is available 24/7, whereas phone support is only available during office hours (8am-6pm).
